Looking for something a little more personal? Our Cask Mastery distillery tour offers an exclusive experience for individuals, couples or groups of guests, with flexible transport options and a warm Eden Mill welcome from the moment your journey begins.We’ll pick you up from St Andrews or nearby locations and bring you straight to our new distillery, where your visit will start with a refreshing whisky highball and exclusive access to our Distiller’s Lab, the heart of our innovation and the starting point of your tour. From there, you'll enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at how we craft our single malts, with stories and insights shared by our expert team. Then, settle into a guided tasting featuring our vibrant new make spirit, our Signature Single Malt, and a taste of Art of St Andrews, our limited-edition single malt you won’t find just anywhere. You’ll also be taken into our cask warehouse, contained inside the walls of our distillery, for a truly special experience where you will sample one of our maturing whiskies directly from the cask before ending your visit with a cocktail and a cheeseboard in the Lookout Bar, our top-floor cocktail space. Time slot not suitable? This experience can be customised to suit your occasion, group size and other special requests.Bookings can be made with as little as 48 hours’ notice, and larger group transport can be arranged with advance planning. You will receive a QR code with your confirmation email that we will check you in, so please bring your phone.
