Please note we cannot accept a photograph - original documents must be provided. Identification which is accepted as proof of age must bear the holder’s photograph, date of birth, and either a holographic mark or ultraviolet feature. Written translation of the tour is offered in the following languages - FRENCH / SPANISH / GERMAN / MANDARIN. Written translations are accessed via QR code which requires a smartphone to access content online. Please note that we do not provide foreign language audio guides. We do not run foreign language tours or provide translators. We provide complimentary tickets for any translators joining large group bookings. Groups accompanied by a translator must book a private experience. We do not allow translators to work during a public tour.
